1.Leg is manufactured using an integrated aluminum alloy die-casting process, combining aluminum and plastic elements; it features a profile that is narrower at the top and bottom and widens towards the middle. Grooves on both sides of the leg ensure the plastic side panels fit securely within the structure, while the surface undergoes anti-oxidation treatment followed by high-temperature powder coating to ensure strong adhesion.The side panels of the support legs are injection-molded from ABS material and fit fully into the grooves of the support legs. It is durability and has an attractive appearance.
2.The backrest is constructed from molded board, structural stability and resistance to warping or cracking over prolonged use. Its surface is fully clad in an eco-friendly, fire-resistant laminate that offers excellent fire and heat insulation; stains wipe away easily, combining practicality and safety with a neat, attractive appearance.
3.Seat constructed from multi-plywood boards shaped via hot-press molding and finished with a fire-resistant laminate; assembled using eco-friendly paints and adhesives. The unit is durable, colorfast, high-strength, and age-resistant, offering long-lasting performance and comfortable seating; the seat panel is connected to the aluminum alloy bracket—which is formed via integrated die-casting—using a through-connection method.
4.The fixed desktop is constructed from MDF surfaced with fire-resistant laminate; the front edge features a rounded profile—offering greater comfort when resting one's hands on the desk for extended periods compared to standard straight-edge designs—while the other three sides are finished using an automated edge-banding machine with imported hot-melt adhesive, ensuring smooth, burr-free rounded corners that eliminate the risk of cuts.
5.Booknet is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel. After being formed via precision molding, the surfaces undergo anti-oxidation treatment and high-temperature powder coating, resulting in strong adhesion, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and immunity to rust and fading.



Most models are fitted with hidden metal hooks under the seat frame or the side of armrests. Students can hang backpacks, schoolbags and tote bags firmly, avoiding bags being placed on the floor to block walkways or trip people, which also keeps the seating area tidy.
The connected lecture seats are linked by detachable connecting bars. Individual sections or several consecutive chairs can be disassembled and moved away to leave open space for group discussions, small presentations or indoor activities. The remaining rows stay neat and stable.
High-density cold-molded foam is adopted. It features strong resilience, will not sink or deform after years of repeated sitting and pressing. The moderate soft-hard balance effectively relieves hip pressure during 2–4 hours of continuous classes, greatly improving sitting experience.
