The project includes two twin buildings featuring a "reverse" design.

One side is white and the other side is copper. The ground floor is made of colored concrete and the outer walls are covered with perforated metal panels. The first floor is dedicated to collective use and services, such as reception desk, cafeteria, co-working space, laundry room, bicycle rack...

On every floor, you can find other shared and fun spaces where students can relax, work together and get the most out of community life. Finally, the green roof is open to everyone and enjoys the unique scenery of Aubervilliers.
