The Lifelong Learning Course "Introduction to Meditation" in the House of Commons will last until Thursday, February 13, at 6:30 pm in the Central Hall of the House of Commons. The course is based on the background and practice of meditation to relax and refresh. Beginners are welcome. You can use a chair, and if necessary, you can bring a cushion or a meditation stool.
