Daniel Craig's fifth and final "James Bond" (James Bond) will be released on April 2nd, and then the producers will look for their next 007. The latest contender to attract fans’ attention is Bridgerton star Regé-Jean Page, who played the Netflix Duke of Hastings hit drama. The 31-year-old British-Zimbabwean is the right age to restart for a few years and is undoubtedly part of the tuxedo.

For now, Page’s next James Bond odds are 20-1, and it may even suggest that he wants to spy on the character in the currently fixed tweet on his official Twitter account.

The Bridgetown star posted a short video of his Duke of Hastings walking towards the camera, then raised Roger Moore's eyebrows.

The caption at the top of the video reads: "Regent, royalty. Shaky."

Of course, Bond fans will be attracted by the second phrase, which sounds a lot like 007's classic "crumbling" vodka martini order. Does this rising star want to tell us something?

In any case, Page undoubtedly shakes and excites Bridgeton, because many people support this handsome star as the first BAME Bond.

A fan commented on this mysterious video: "Definitely the next James Bond.

Another tweet said: "Just watched Bridgerton on Netflix. Wow! Regé-Jean Page should be the next person to play James Bond. He is so handsome, smooth and personable!"

One of many other supporters wrote: "Well, my name is Regé-Jean Page (Regé-Jean Page) is the new James Bond. Because, okay, look at Bridgetown and tell me wrong."

Despite this, Peggy is tied with leaders Tom Hardy and James Norton to be 6-5 and 9-4 in the next Bond odds.

Similarly, Idris Elba became the first Black Bond 7-2, but the crazy rich Asian star Henry Golding trailed 22-1 Actor in Bridgetown.

Last month, Express.co.uk spoke with Bond experts and writers who claimed that 007 producers were interested in pushing the boundaries of franchising after the "dangerous" Daniel Craig era.

Bond expert and writer Mark Edlitz has interviewed many important figures in the Bond franchise over the years and told Express.co.uk: "Bond's three-time screenwriter Bruce Feirstein (Bruce Feirstein) Tell me, Barbara Broccoli (Barbara Broccoli) and Michael G Wilson (Michael G Wilson) know where the dead ends are. The scripting stage."

Edlitz, author of James Bond’s "Lost Adventure," added: "Although Richard Maibaum, who has written 13 Bond scripts, talked about the collaboration in writing a 007 movie Nature.

"The screenwriter said that he will sit in a room with the producer Albert'Cubby' Broccoli, Harry Saltzman and the director, production designer and editor, and everyone will come up with ideas."

"Everyone I have spoken to said that the producers are collaborative and welcome new ideas. However, they have gone this way many times and they have a responsibility to protect the long-term interests of the team."
