"Friend" Matthew Perry (Matthew Perry) found a buyer who was looking for him there. He has successfully sold his beach house in Malibu, California for $13.1 million.

Perry initially listed his "Kicking Malibu Home" (his position on social media) for $14.95 million in August. In September, the actor lowered the asking price by $1 million to $13.95 million.

Then, he lowered the price to $12.95 million for the last time. The price cut attracted a buyer who occupied the fashionable space for only a small amount of money.

Although the price was ultimately lower than the initial asking price, Perry was still ahead. The savvy star bought the property in 2011 for $12 million.

According to reports, Perry bought the waterfront residence from Southern California developer Scott Gillen, who completely changed the building circa 1960.

The result is a loft-like space with large glass walls and a view of the Pacific Ocean.

The fab can accommodate many friends, two floors, four bedrooms and 3.5 square feet (5,000 square feet) bathrooms. The main floor has an open-plan living and dining area, fireplace, beamed ceilings, and sparkling sea views. The glass wall opens completely, extending the living area to a deck that extends along the length of the house on both floors.

A floating steel-wood staircase leads to the master suite on the lower level, which includes a lounge area, walk-in closet and luxurious bathroom.

The villa also has an outdoor spa and an advanced home theater.

At the same time, there are plenty of seats and fire pits on the deck, which is perfect for watching the sunset.

Douglas Elliman's agent Luis Robledo (Luis Robledo), who represented the buyer, said the open floor plan frustrated the buyer.

Robledo said: "The moment you walk into the front door, you can see a completely open and expansive ocean view, with floor-to-ceiling windows and wall-to-wall windows." "The two decks cover the entire length of the house, maximizing the use of Outdoor space, which also makes it very attractive. This is a perfect holiday destination."

During the pandemic, Perry made full use of beach mats as his holiday destination. When he was hanging out on the deck or baking cookies in the kitchen, he posted photos from the hotel to his Instagram account.

Perry has been selling a lot, and in 2019 sold a luxurious penthouse on the Los Angeles market for $35 million. In 2017, he purchased the "Sky Tower" for $20 million, which occupies the entire 40th floor of the Elite Century Tower in the Wilshire Corridor.

He decorated the place to his liking, looking like wall-to-wall velvet furniture, a spacious master suite with a view and a home theater. This product is not currently on the market.

Now that he is free from real estate troubles, the star's new focus seems to be a cute puppy.

Luis Robledo of Douglas Elliman represented the buyer. Joshua Flagg and Rodeo Realty rejected the seller.
