The helmet does not meet the federal government's safety standards for bicycle helmets, and there is a risk of head injury. 

Adult-sized bicycle helmets of any size have been recalled. Medium helmets are sold in blue, green, pink, red, white and yellow. They have a black nylon fabric strap with a white stripe in the center and a black plastic knob on the back of the helmet to adjust the fit.
