A student at a South Florida school was sacked with difficulty, and a security guard faced criminal charges. There was only one standing talking to the student and his mother. Karen Hensel is involved in seven investigations tonight.

When security guards threw surveillance cameras at a 15-year-old student at a private school in Pompano Beach, they fell to the ground.

Student: "He didn't say anything. He just yanked me."

It was the voice of the teenager who we did not want to be named, describing how the incident started at the Youth Architecture School last Thursday.

Student: "I didn't wear a uniform when I was in school."

Not appearing in the uniform caused him to fall into a "school suspension".

The security guard is collecting mobile phones in the room.

Student: "I took it out, my headset dropped, and then my phone dropped, then he pulled me out of the chair."

You will see the guard pull the student out of the seat and push him through the room into the principal’s office. They stood face to face, then the guards hugged his arms and threw them on the floor.

Student: "He let my jacket tighten on my unbreathable throat, that's when he told me,'Do you want to resist? I said, "No, I just want to breathe. ""

The skirmish continued on the sofa.

Student: "I tried to tell the principal to call my mother, but then he just sat there and watched. I just wanted to call my mother and I was scared."

Then, he was put to the ground a second time.

The video shows a security guard sitting above the students.

Mother Meldonise Lane: "I am a mother first, and I was very, very angry at the time."

It was a difficult time for Meldonise Lane (Meldonise Lane), she arrived soon after and saw her handcuffed son.

Then, she watched the video.

Mother Meldonise Lane: "My son said that when another security guard, a teacher and principal sat there watching them, he couldn't breathe."

We asked the principal of the school, Delvin King, why he didn't intervene. He was sitting at his desk, where he was asked.

Principal Delvin King: "I think security has restricted him due to some kind of fighting or dispute."

But Jin did call the police.

Principal Delvin King: "Excessive use of force. This does not represent my policy or what we mean here."

The representative of Sheriff Broward responded to this and the security guard, 25-year-old Alie Joseph, was arrested.

Joseph was charged with two misdemeanor charges of battery and a third charge of publicly carrying a gun.

We want to ask what happened to Joseph.

Karen Hensel: "This is Karen's 7 stories. Can we talk to Mr. Joseph?"

We were told that he was not at home. But Joseph told the agent that "students are destructive" and "didn't listen to his verbal orders."

Where is the gun he is carrying? His arrest report said: "Joseph is an armed guard and has no permit to carry a gun."

Meldonise Lane said her son was injured.

Mother Meldonise Lane: "It is not safe for him to go back because he said no one was involved."

The principal, Delvin King, said that he immediately terminated his contract with the security company and has requested a school resource officer from the Broward Sheriff’s Office, but is awaiting a response. At the same time, my mother withdrew both students from the school.
