1.The bracket and aluminum head of writing tablet are integrally die-cast from premium aluminum alloy, processed by polishing, spraying, electrophoresis and other techniques. The standard tablet is painted board, and plastic board is optional.
2.All seat foam is cold-molded high-resilience polyurethane foam with high strength and excellent rebound performance.
3.All steel parts adopt top-grade steel. Weldments are robot-welded to guarantee superior welding quality. Armrest brackets are stamped from cold-rolled plates or profiles, and go through complete surface treatment procedures: degreasing → cleaning → rust removal → cleaning → phosphating → cleaning → passivation → electrostatic powder spraying → curing → cooling, followed by epoxy resin electrostatic spraying.
4.The seat armrest is made of premium imported oak with curved streamline design.
5.The seat cushion is equipped with two-stage damped return structure, which moves fast first then slows down. Rubber pads are added at collision positions to absorb shock and reduce noise. The seat unfolds silently and returns slowly without impact collision.
6.Inner panels of seat and backrest: made of high-quality plywood with thickness of 15±2mm, bent and shaped by molds into elegant arc curves. Outer panels of seat and backrest: High-density hardwood multi-layer boards molded by cold pressing, colorfast and anti-deformation.
7.Seat legs are fabricated from T1.5mm high-quality hot-rolled steel sheet via CO₂ welding, finished with anti-rust matte black electrostatic powder coating.
